Why a Home Inspection ?

Inspectors in New Jersey are certified and trained to preform a visual, unbiased home inspection. This process includes assessing the home from the roof to structural components with the client and their agent present. We address the safety issues in the home and describe the current condition of the property. After the physical inspection is completed, you will receive a full inspection report including pictures comments and suggestions for your records. This report helps for purchase negotiations, necessary repairs prior to closing and making future maintenance decisions.
